No ordinary profession gives an automatic permit. A PF application must prove effective need (Law 10.826, Art. 10).
The statement must describe the facts in detail and include documentary proof of each justification.
The permit lasts up to 5 years and is not renewed. The R$ 1,466.68 fee is paid only if the application is approved.
