IN 311 has governed CACs at the Federal Police since July 1, 2025. In 2026, IN 322 kept older CR terms and IN 330 set the CRAF schedule.
IN 311: CAC CRs and CRAFs are valid for 3 years. Revalidation and renewal must be requested 30 days before expiry.
Shooters need 8 training sessions or competitions a year, per firearm type, to revalidate the CR.
IN 322 (Jan 5, 2026): CRs under Decree 9.846/2019 keep their term. IN 330 (Apr 9, 2026): CRAF renewal schedule.
