This Policy explains what personal data Tiro Seguro (tiroseguro.com.br) processes, why, who it is shared with and how you can exercise your rights, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD). Our rule is to collect only what each service needs.

1. Who is responsible

Tiro Seguro is the controller of the data processed on this site. For any matter about your data, including contacting our data protection officer, write to contato@tiroseguro.com.br.

2. What data we process and why

Browsing

When you visit the site, our servers and hosting provider record technical data such as IP address, browser, pages visited and time. We use this data to deliver pages, keep the site secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking tools.

Contact form

First name, last name, email, phone (optional), subject and message. We use this to reply to you (legitimate interest and steps taken at your request). Your email is organized in a list according to the subject you chose, to route your request and, when relevant, send communications related to that subject. You can stop receiving them at any time using the unsubscribe link in the messages.

Newsletter

Email and language. The subscription only takes effect after you confirm it through the link sent to your email (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every message.

Supporters

To unlock exclusive content (performance of a contract and legal obligations), we process:

  • for USDC payments: the public address of the wallet that paid, the network, the amount, the product purchased and the transaction identifier;
  • for Pix payments: the email provided, the amount, the product and the charge identifier. The payer's banking details stay with the payment provider and the bank, not with Tiro Seguro;
  • for email access: the email and one-time codes, stored in hashed form and with a short validity;
  • for wallet sign-in: a signature from your wallet that proves it is yours. The signature is free and does not move any funds.

Cryptocurrency payments are recorded on a public blockchain. This record is permanent and does not depend on Tiro Seguro.

Directory of professionals

Name, specialty, city, business address, phone, email, professional registration and accreditation validity of instructors, psychologists and gunsmiths, as published on the official lists of the Brazilian Federal Police (data made public by the government and legitimate interest in making accredited professionals easier to find). If you are listed in the directory, you can ask us to correct or remove your data at any time.

3. Cookies and browser storage

We only use cookies and browser storage that the site needs to work, with no advertising and no tracking. They are used to:

  • keep supporter access after payment or sign-in;
  • briefly store the steps of a payment or sign-in in progress;
  • remember display preferences, such as the light or dark theme;
  • keep the team's session in the admin panel.

The bot protection service may also use technical browser data to tell people from bots.

4. Who we share data with

We only share data with service providers needed to run the site, each limited to its own purpose:

  • hosting, page and image delivery, and bot protection;
  • sending emails (newsletter confirmation, access codes, notices) and organizing contact lists;
  • validating cryptocurrency payments, email wallet and buying cryptocurrency with a card, when you choose these options;
  • creating and confirming Pix charges;
  • public authorities, when there is a legal obligation or a court order.

We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of these services store or process data outside Brazil. In these cases, the transfer is made to provide the services you requested and with the safeguards required by the LGPD.

6. How long we keep data

  • Contact form messages: up to 365 days.
  • Access codes and payment steps: minutes or hours, according to the validity of each.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Supporter payment and access records: for the duration of the access and then for the period required by legal and tax obligations and for defense in any proceedings.
  • Technical browsing data: for as long as needed for the security and operation of the site.

7. Your rights

Under the LGPD, you may request: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about who we share it with, review of automated decisions and withdrawal of consent (as with the newsletter). Write to contato@tiroseguro.com.br. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), protected and signed cookies, codes stored only in hashed form, attempt limits and bot protection. No system is completely immune to failures; if an incident may pose a risk to you, we will notify you and the ANPD as required by law.

9. Minors

Paid services and the directory are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children or teenagers.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date at the top.
